CUSC 2011-2012 Boys Team Tryouts:

Please fill out a CUSC tryout form. All tryout forms must be completed, dated, signed, and accompanied by the tryout fee (see cost below) when the player goes to the tryout. Additionally, all CUSC Required Printed Forms and Required Electronic Forms for the year can be turned in with tryout form. Even if you are a returning CUSC player from a previous season, new forms will be required to be completed and submitted each year. If possible, please print and fill out all required printed forms, but scan the finished form and send it electronically to registrar.corvallisunited@gmail.com. Otherwise, you are welcome to turn the printed form in at the pre-tryout meeting, tryouts, or with your mandatory deposit/1st payment.

Youth Boys Team - Tryouts for U-10 to U-14 age groups

Days: May 16th and 18th

Check In: 5:00-5:15 pm

Tryout Time: 5:30-7:00 pm

Location: Ashbrook Independent School

Cost: $15 for pre-registration.   Must be received by CUSC on or before May 13.  $25 registration fee after May 13. Payment must include a signed tryout form.  

Commitment to the Team: All verbal and/or email commitments (please use corvallisunited@gmail.com) to the team are required by Thursday, May 19, 2011. Some players may be asked to verbally commit before the Thursday deadline to help ensure the formation of teams. Financial commitments must be made by Thursday, May 26, 2011.  Both verbal and/or financial commitments can be made ahead of the tryout.  The more we know in advance, the easier it is for us to finalize teams and plans for the 2011-2012 year.

Pre-Tryout Meeting           

Day: May 12

Time: 6:00-7:30 pm

Location: Corvallis High School, Room 204

Agenda: Tryout forms and payments can be turned in for pre-registration.  Pre-tryout meeting will provide general information about Club Fees, leagues, tournaments, and coaches.  Other topics will include new club policies and direction, fundraising, clinics, and more.  Questions welcome.
