Reign Future Stars Program and Schedule (Ages 6-9)
New 6 month Schedule will start on July 11 (no practice July 4). $75 for 6 months, including t-shirt and 20-25 practice sessions. Please e-mail with questions. It is always helpful to e-mail before attending to give coach a heads up! If possible, please print and fill out the forms below, but scan the finished form and send it electronically to registrar.corvallisunited@gmail.com. Otherwise, you are welcome to turn the printed form in at the pre-tryout meeting, tryouts, or with your mandatory deposit/1st payment.
